At huytop, we want every garment to bring confidence and style to your everyday life. However, if something does not meet your expectations, our return process is simple and hassle-free.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to request a return. This gives you enough time to decide whether your new garment is right for you.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We understand you may want to try them on, but they must be returned in perfect condition.
We never charge restocking fees: what you see is what you get, also in our return policy.
How to Start a Return
Simply contact us at service@huytop.shop with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the approval and process your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect it.
Exchanges
Prefer a different item? You may request an exchange within the same 30-day period, subject to availability. Just mention it in your message when you contact us.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at service@huytop.shop.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@huytop.shop with a brief description and, if possible, a photo. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Costs
For returns that are not due to defects, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that the package arrives safely. In the case of damaged or defective items, huytop will cover all return costs.
